Amin has one vision in mind; to inspire the next generation of leaders and ensure that they have the confidence to make the most of the development available to them.

With a Master's in Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a year in marketing, he evolved from graduate to engineering manager in 6 years at Network Rail. He has been the  project lead on a number of high profile complex portfolios in London, across Anglia and the South East, with a strong understanding of leadership and management. In that time he ran a number of development programmes, both short term and long term, to guarantee graduate and project team success. He also successfully joined the first Leadership, Exploration and Development (LEaD) Programme, in association with with Warwick Business School, to develop his own leadership capabilities.

After this, he moved to Transport for London to advise graduates and apprentices on their leadership and technical development, working extensively with Directors to restart the Emerging Leaders Programme. This melting pot of experience, coupled with the passion to inspire, birthed the idea of Inner Instincts. Having been a Team Leader and Lead Project Manager within the consulting space since, he continues to inspire the leadership development in others starting the same journey.
